LooseNatural is an Andalusia base permaculture farm. We believe that your soul lives free when we are in nature. We have began the permaculture farm since last yea. We have faced many difficulties but we overcame them with the solution.

We offer an unforgettable 12-day practical permaculture course for young men.

Arrive on the Sunday before the course starts on the Monday.

Depart on the Saturday after course ends on the Friday.

Week 1: Introduction to Permaculture and Mediterranean Farming

Day 1: Orientation and Introduction to Permaculture

– Welcome and introduction of instructors and participants

– Overview of the permaculture concept and principles

– Overview of the natural masculinity concept and principles

– Tour of the farm and facilities

– Basic cooking skills

Day 2: Mediterranean Climate and Soil Management

– Introduction to Mediterranean climate and soil management techniques

– Demonstration and practice of soil testing and amendment

– Composting techniques and methods suitable for Mediterranean soils

Day 3: Water Management and Irrigation

– Introduction to water management and irrigation systems in Mediterranean climates

– Demonstration and practice of water harvesting techniques suitable for the region

– Design and installation of drip irrigation systems for Mediterranean crops

Day 4: Mediterranean Plant Selection and Propagation

– Introduction to Mediterranean plant selection and propagation techniques

– Demonstration and practice of seed saving and propagation techniques suitable for the region

– Management of plant pests and diseases common to Mediterranean crops

Day 5: Dog Training and Management

– Introduction to dog training and management skills

– Demonstration and practice of basic dog training techniques, such as obedience, tracking, and protection

– Discussion of the role of dogs in Mediterranean farming and the importance of responsible dog ownership

Weekend: Free time and social activities

– Time for relaxation and reflection

– Optional group activities, such as hiking and sight seeing. 

Week 2: Masculinity Skills and Farming Activities

Day 6: Introduction to Masculinity and Leadership

– Introduction to masculinity and leadership skills

– Group exercises and discussions on leadership styles and decision-making processes

Day 7: Communication and Conflict Resolution

– Introduction to effective communication and conflict resolution skills

– Group exercises and discussions on communication styles and conflict resolution techniques

Day 8: Team Building and Collaboration

– Introduction to team building and collaboration skills

– Group exercises and discussions on team dynamics and collaboration techniques

Day 9: Excavator Care and Operation

– Introduction to excavator care and operation skills

– Demonstration and practice of basic excavator maintenance and operation techniques

– Discussion of the importance of equipment maintenance and safety protocols

Day 10: Pond Building and Management

– Introduction to pond building and management techniques

– Demonstration and practice of pond design and construction methods

– Discussion of the role of ponds in Mediterranean farming and the importance of water management in the region

Day 11: Planting and harvesting fruit and vegetables

– Introduction to good garden practices 

– Demonstration and practice of garden preparation techniques suitable for Mediterranean crops

– Discussion of the benefits of preserving food for the off-season and improving gut health

Day 12: Closing Ceremony and Farewell

– Advance cooking skills

– Certificate awarding and closing remarks

– Group reflection and feedback session

This 12-day course is designed to provide young men with a hands-on introduction to permaculture and sustainable farming practices in the Mediterranean region, as well as natural masculinity skills that are useful in many areas of life. 

The combination of practical farm work, outdoor activities, group discussions and hands on skills development is intended to provide a well-rounded learning experience that fosters personal growth and self-confidence, while also developing practical skills that can be applied in many different settings in life. 

The fee is 400 euro per participant and includes food and accommodation. 

There is public transport to Aroche. Transport to the farm will be arranged.
